It features dual 10-inch (250mm) cast-frame woofers mounted in a heavily-braced Sonoglass molded baffle and an MDF Enclosure that installs into standard 2x6 wood frame wall construction. The SSW-3 delivers solid performance in medium to large rooms.

Dual 12” (300mm) Passive Subwoofer The SSW-2 is a custom in-room/built-in subwoofer designed to complement any of the Synthesis Custom Loudspeakers (SCL Series). It features dual 12-inch (300mm) high-excursion cast-frame woofers in a heavily-braced, ported enclosure constructed from 1-inch MDF throughout, The SSW-2 delivers exceptional performance for custom installations in medium to large rooms.

Dual 15-inch (380mm) Passive Subwoofer The SSW-1 is a custom in-room/built-in subwoofer and is the flagship of the JBL Synthesis SSW subwoofer range. It features dual 15-inch (380mm) high-excursion cast-frame woofers in a heavily-braced, front-ported enclosure constructed from 1-inch MDF throughout. The SSW-1 delivers extreme low-frequency performance and high SPL output levels for custom installations in large to extra-large rooms.

2-Way 5.25-inch (130mm) In-Ceiling Loudspeaker The SCL-8 is the most compact round in-ceiling model in the JBL Synthesis Custom Loudspeaker (SCL) series. It is designed for use as a height channel or in-ceiling LCR or surround channel loudspeaker. The SCL-8 features JBL’s patented 2410H-2 1-inch (25mm) compression driver mated to an offset High Definition Imaging (HDI™) horn.

Two-way 7-inch (180mm) In-Ceiling Loudspeaker The SCL-5 is the highest performance traditional round in-ceiling model in the JBL Synthesis Custom Loudspeaker (SCL) series. It is designed for use as a height channel or in-ceiling LCR or surround channel loudspeaker. The SCL-5 features JBL’s patented 2409H 1-inch (25mm) compression driver mated to an offset High Definition Imaging (HDI™) horn.

2-Way Dual 12-inch (300mm) Custom LCR Loudspeaker The SCL-1 is a custom in-room/built-in loudspeaker and is the flagship of the JBL Synthesis SCL loudspeaker range. It features JBL's patented D2430K dual 3-inch (75mm) compression driver mated to a large format High-Definition Imaging (HDI™) horn. Dual 12-inch (300mm) Carbon Cellulose Composite Cone (C4) cast-frame woofers operate in a patented Complementary Bass Alignment System (CBAS™) enclosure to provide high-output capability while delivering an easy load to the amplifier.

Dual 8” (200mm) In-wall Passive Subwoofer The SSW-4 is an in-wall subwoofer system designed to deliver powerful and accurate low frequency response while remaining hidden from view. It features dual 8-inch (200mm) low-profile woofers mounted in a heavily-braced molded baffle and an MDF Enclosure that installs into standard 2x4 wood frame wall construction.

The K2 S9900 has a single midrange crossover at 900Hz, blending one 1500AL-1 woofer to the 476Mg compression driver and horn combination. Above 900Hz, the HF compression driver and horn combination operates unassisted, all the way to 20kHz. The 045Be-1 UHF driver is brought in at 15kHz to cover 2 octaves of ultrasonic frequencies

It is designed for use as a width or surround channel or as an LCR in smaller systems. 2.5-Way Quadruple 5.25-inch (130mm) In-Wall Loudspeaker. The SCL-6 is the largest traditional in-wall model in the JBL Synthesis Custom Loudspeaker (SCL) series. It is designed for use as an LCR or surround channel in a variety of applications. The SCL-6 features JBL’s patented 2410H-2 1-inch (25mm) compression driver mated to a High Definition Imaging (HDI™) horn.

Triple 8-inch (200mm) Advanced Aluminum Matrix cone cast-frame woofers operate in a 2.5-way network configuration allowing for installation vertically or horizontally without lobing or other acoustical issues found in traditional designs.
